Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the PocketExperts.Solutions website, ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
Note that KG Knowledge Resources, LLC / dba PocketExperts.Solutions may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. We further reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other websites. Subscriptions

Some portions of the KG Knowledge Resources, LLC / dba PocketExperts.Solutions website are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on an annual basis. The subscription period begins on the date of subscription when payment is confirmed and ends at midnight on the day immediately before the one year anniversary date of the subscription payment.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or KG Knowledge Resources, LLC cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting KG Knowledge Resources, LLC customer support team.

A valid payment method, including PayPal, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide KG Knowledge Resources, LLC with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize KG Knowledge Resources, LLC to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, KG Knowledge Resources, LLC will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

Fee Changes

KG Knowledge Resources, LLC, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then current Billing Cycle.

KG Knowledge Resources, LLC will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Refunds

Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are nonrefundable.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the KG Knowledge Resources, LLC / dba PocketExperts.Solutions website. Such termination will not be accompanied by a refund of any portion of the Subscription fee, unless required by law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

Confidentiality

KG Knowledge Resources, LLC's policy with respect to the privacy of individuals' personally identifiable financial information is set forth in our Privacy Policy. It is recommended that you review this Privacy Policy carefully. Comments, suggestions, ideas or materials including, without limitation original or creative materials) sent or transmitted to KG Knowledge Resources, LLC / dba PocketExperts.Solutions (collectively, member or contributor feedback) will be deemed to be non-confidential and will become the sole property of KG Knowledge Resources, LLC / dba PocketExperts.Solutions, which will have no obligation of any kind with respect to such feedback and will be free to use, modify and/or distribute the feedback to others without limitation for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without compensation of any kind or acknowledgement of authorship.

KG Knowledge Resources, LLC and its dba, PocketExperts.Solutions is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of KG Knowledge Resources, LLC.

Contributor Conditions

All data and original content additions to the website and authored and/or presented by third party contributors, including questionnaires, live events and webinars, once approved, become the sole property of the KG Knowledge Resources, LLC / dba PocketExperts.Solutions and no rights to this property will inure under any condition to the contributor at any point in time. Contributors/authors retain the right to use the contributed information in other venues or applications but may not sell or otherwise convey the contributed information for monetary consideration to any source beyond this Service.

Acceptance as a Nationally-Listed PocketExperts.Solutions Expert/Contributor

PocketExperts.Solutions strives to present our current and prospective members the finest association of technical experts across a wide variety of business and financial disciplines. It is our goal to not only provide access through PocketExperts.Solutions to this association of technical experts for our subscribing members, but also to other PocketExperts.Solutions expert/contributors for collaborative endeavors and professional activities. As such, inclusion as a PocketExperts.Solutions expert/contributor represents an important and prestigious position in the virtual marketplace wherein those included on the PocketExperts.Solutions website as a member of our national team of experts/ contributors have demonstrated a high level of technical expertise within their professional disciplines and a commitment to the principles engendered by the founders of PocketExperts.Solutions.

To demonstrate the requisite level of technical expertise and commitment to the principles of PocketExperts.Solutions, no individual or company registering on the website as an expert or contributor will be included on our national team of expert/contributors until a minimum level of technical data has been added to the content base within the website. The minimum level of technical data and content required to be included within the PocketExperts.Solutions list of national experts/contributors is as follows:

- The development of ten (10) technical questionnaires for use by members or other experts/contributors on any topic deemed appropriate and approved by the PocketExperts.Solutions quality control function, and

- The presentation of ten (10) live events/webinars that will focus on previously- prepared questionnaires and will ultimately be available to members and other expert/contributors as webinars on which the contributing expert will receive royalties at twenty (20) percent of gross revenue charged to, and paid by, attendees/purchasers. Once a newly-registered expert/contributor has met the minimum requirements, his or her name and professional profile will be added to the PocketExperts.Solutions list of national experts/contributors and that member will be entitled to use that association in any way he or she deems appropriate for the growth of their professional practice so long as he or she acts and operates in an ethical manner and meets the professional practice standards required of his or her profession.

The KG Knowledge Resources, LLC / dba PocketExperts.Solutions website may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by KG Knowledge Resources, LLC KG Knowledge Resources, LLC has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.

You acknowledge and agree that KG Knowledge Resources, LLC shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third party web sites or services. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the KG Knowledge Resources, LLC / dba PocketExperts.Solutions website immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. Unless required by law, no portion of previously-paid subscriptions fees will be refunded.

All provisions of the Terms and Conditions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless KG Knowledge Resources, LLC and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the KG Knowledge Resources, LLC / dba PocketExperts.Solutions website, by you or any person using your account and password, or by a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
